The LunchBox system will maximize program revenues while providing the director of finance with compliance and security. Internet Deposits
The web-based Internet payment feature for student charges is integrated with both the S.I.S. and P.O.S. system. It uses a third party processing system that eliminates any credit cost for the district while providing a secure on-line payment system for the parents. We use two-way validation to notify both the P.O.S. of deposit receipts and the parent's when the receipt is posted so they have visibility to their payment posting.
Reporting
Daily reports are generated covering all activities: deposits, sales, participation levels, meal count, cashier activity -- whatever is needed. This can be set to automatically generate and the manager can go home.
Note: With the use of Lunchbox, the labor cost for cashiers and managers can be reduced by hours/day with LunchBox's excellent reporting and data management system. In terms of R.O.I.
