"FILE NOT FOUND' SM or POSBO IMPORT/EXPORT

| PROBLEM: |
| IMPORTING in SM
or POSBO returns the message 'File not found'.
|
| SOLUTION |
|
If you are importing a fixed width
file there MUST be data in the very last column of the last
field or BackOffice will return 'File not found'. So when creating
a fixed width file the data must be right justified if it doesn't
fill the column.
Also, when doing an import or
export in Back Office or Site Manager the drive and folder
specified in the import/export output settings for the input/output
file refers to the Server or machine that the product is actually
installed on. Not necessarily the machine on which you are
running the import/export.
